Nicole’s experience in senior management, executive and director roles in multinationals, national and state based organisations as well as former CEO of one of South Australia’s largest not for profits brings a unique and valuable perspective to both individual and team development.
Nicole’s work has been highly awarded by the Telstra Business Women’s Award in two categories as well as the Australian Marketing Institute in four categories. Nicole was named as CPA’s Top 40 Leaders in Australia in 2014 and has been included on the South Australians Women’s honour role.

Kelly is currently a Board Director of Spence Club Inc., is the former President and Board Director of the YWCA of Adelaide and Council member at the University of South Australia

David Swaine
Client Support and Program Manager
David Swaine has over 25 years’ experience in leading community organisations. David, brings extensive experience and understanding of the needs of people living with disability and support organisations to provide high quality services.
In 2011 David presented at the International Symposium for Adapted Physical Activity in Paris, France outlining the extensive disability support program he developed and implemented for over 300 scosa (The Spastic Centres of SA) participants.
As Manager, Volunteers for the 2018 Special Olympics National Games David worked as a member of the Games Organising Committee sourcing, placing, training and inducting over 850 volunteers to bring the National Games alive for more than 1000 athletes across 11 sports and 300 plus events.
As Business Development Manager for Local Community Insurance Services – LCIS – David supported small, not-for-profit incorporated bodies nationally to understand their risk and insurance needs as local community based volunteer led organisations.
Most recently David worked with the YMCA SA as the Manager, Leap Disability Program. This saw a number of innovative services developed and delivered to people living with disability and their families across South Australia.
